At the session of the permanent audit group of the Budget and Finance committee of the Parliament reviewing the reports of the State Audit Office discussed the audit report on the activities of O.Chkhobadze Disabled and Elderly Medical-Rehabilitation Clinical Center.
Auditors of the State Audit Office presented the findings of the audit and recommendations adressed to the sectoral agencies to the members of the parliamentary working group.
The representative of the auditee talked about the plan and implementation of recommendations during the audit group meeting. The current owner of the clinic, head of the Regional Health Center LTD, indicated that the management reform has already begun in line with the State Audit Office`s recommendations.
Deputy Auditor General David Gogichaishvili, Deputy Head of Social Sector Audit Department Mariam Zaalishvili and Senior Auditor Alexander Asatiani represented the State Audit Office at the audit group meeting.
This year the permanent audit group of the Budget and Finance committee of the Parliament reviewing the reports of the State Audit Office held its first meeting. Last year the working group reviewed 13 reports.
