The internship program, the State Audit Office received a new cohort of auditor-interns.
Participants of the program will be conducting their internships at the Social Sector and Economic Activities Audit departments, Self-Government Entities and Autonomous Republic of Adjara Department and State Budget and Strategic Analysis Department.
The duration of the internship was defined from 6 to 12 months. Within the scope of the internship program, along with theoretical knowledge, the young people will be engaged in practical activities as well. Auditor-interns, who will successfully demonstrate their skills and knowledge will have the opportunity to get employed at the SAO.
Selection of the auditor-interns for the participation in the program was conducted through the competition.
In 2018-2021, the office accepted two streams of interns for a one-year internship program. Based on the results of intensive theoretical and practical activities, 32 people have been employed.
The internship program, which was created at the initiative of the office in 2018, aims to attract promising graduates, strengthen their professional development thereby strengthening the institution.
