The Head of the Audit Department in the Autonomous Republic of Adjara of the State Audit Office (SAO), Kakha Kirtava presented a report on the draft law on the “Budget of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara for 2025” at the plenary session convened at the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara.
The report prepared by the SAO on the draft law on the “Budget of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara for 2025” outlines the reasonability and legality of the revenue and expenditures provided in the draft budget law.
The report focuses on the current tendencies and important issues in the implementation of the 2024 budget of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara, based on which the correctness of the data presented in the draft law has been assessed.
In addition, the report focused on the important issues that have an impact on the management of public finances, relevant for the process of forming the draft law of the republican budget for 2025.
