Within the framework of the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI) Development Initiative (IDI) project “Global Supreme Audit Institutions Accountability Initiative (GSAI)”, the State Audit Office of Georgia, as a mentor, hosted representatives of the Accounts Chamber of Tajikistan. The working visit included four-day training sessions related to audit activities.
This is the second year that the State Audit Office, as a mentor of the GSAI project of INTOSAI IDI, is providing mentorship support to the Supreme Audit Institution (SAI) of Tajikistan to enhance its institutional capacity. Within the framework of the GSAI project, this was the fourth training session with the staff of the SAI Tajikistan.
Along with representatives of the Accounts Chamber of Tajikistan, the delegation was represented by the INTOSAI IDI Program Coordinator, who met with the leadership of the State Audit Office and thanked them for their active involvement in the activities of the INTOSAI IDI.
