Deputy Auditor General Ekaterine Ghazadze held meeting with Chief of Party at TETRA TECH ARD (GGI, USAID)David Smith and Vice-President of Operations John Nittler.
The parties discussed issues of cooperation between the State Audit Office and the "Good Governance Initiative in Georgia" (GGI, USAID) and the possibilities of implementation of joint projects.
The goal of GGI project is to increase transparency, accountability and efficiency in Georgia, including the legislative and executive branches at different levels.
The meeting was also attended by the Head of State Budget Analysis and Strategic Planning Department of the State Audit Office Marika Natsvlishvili and Senior Legislative and Oversight Manager of GGI Georgia, USAID Nino Vardosanidze.
