Today, on July 20, Auditor General of the State Audit Office of Georgia Lasha Tordia met with the President of Bundesrechnungshof Kai Scheller.
Within the framework of the meeting, the parties discussed bilateral cooperation between the State Audit Office of Georgia and Supreme Audit Institution of Germany -- Bundesrechnungshof (BRH) in different projects. Meantime, BRH experts work in the State Audit Office of Georgia within the framework of the EU-funded Twinning project “Institutional strengthening of the State Audit Office of Georgia.”
Supreme Audit Institution of Germany – Bundesrechnungshof is one of the leadership organizations of the Twinning project. The meetings will take place within the framework of the Twinning project.
During the official meetings, Head of the International Relations Service of BRH Arne Steenken, Head of Pr/Presse and Public Information Service of BRH Mr. Martin Winter and other guests will accompany the President Kay Scheller.
Kay Scheller, who is 10th President of the Supreme Audit Institution of Germany --BRH, was appointed as a Head of BRH on June 30, 2014.
