Today, on June 20, in Seoul, Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the State Audit Office of Georgia and the Board of Audit and Inspection of Korea (BAI).
Within the framework of the MoU, Supreme Audit Institutions of Georgia and South Korea will develop mutual cooperation and promote audit capabilities through innovative E-Systems.
The MoU was signed by the Auditor General of the State Audit Office of Georgia Lasha Tordia and Chair of the Board of Audit and Inspection of South Korea Hwang Chan-hyun.
Workshops on “Increase of citizens’ involvement in audit process” is planned to be held within the framework of the visit for Georgian and South Korean auditors.
