Today, on June 29, Auditor General of the State Audit Office Lasha Tordia held meeting with the representatives of the monitoring team of elections reform regional projects of the Council of Europe.
Findings of the projects, carried out by the Council of Europe in support of the State Audit Office and goals of planned activities were reviewed at the meeting.
Trainings of the employees of the Financial Monitoring of Political Parties’ Unit held by the Council of Europe, findings of the jointly organized regional conference and importance of future projects to improve the financial monitoring of political parties’ issue were positively assessed at the workshop.
